As a young man with a decade’s experience in the concrete and carpentry trades, Dan embarked on a journeyman’s adventure, spending over ten years in the Cayman Islands with one of the Caribbean’s premier design builders, followed by 6 years working in Central America. Dan acquired a unique skill set, enabling him to complete projects within challenging circumstances, diverse cultures, languages, and foreign regulations. At Flintstones, Dan plays a pivotal role with the pre-construction team, focusing on defining project scope and budget estimation. His level-headedness, combined with decades of hands-on experience, a finely tuned ‘extra-dry’ wit, and his love for his Blue Lacey and his 16-year-old Chihuahua make Dan a perfect fit for Flintstones.
