The owners of this property wanted to extend their living space outdoors in a way that would capture the wild beauty of their surrounding environment in Metchosin. Flinstones designed an outdoor living space that tied into what was already there, creating generous spaces in the expansive yard that allows them to cook, eat and take in the landcape framing their home and garden.

The project features:

• Full exterior hardscaping using concrete and pavers slabs

• Updated gazebo with a tight knot fir tongue and groove timber roof structure featuring skylights, pre-fabricated by Flinstontes carpenters and assembled and finished on site.

• A fully equipt and covered outdoor kitchen for year-round dining

• A new exterior fireplace

• Modified existing Pergola to support longevity of the existing wisteria

• Water feature

• Plumbed for a future hot tub
