This lovely home was built on an original stone foundations that had sunk over 12” on one side of the home over the years. Naturally, this issue had caused major disruption and cracking throughout the home. The foundations had deteriorated badly and the issue was compounded by the absence of any perimeter drainage.

Flintstones went to work to structurally upgrade the existing home with a new foundation and the installation of proper drainage. In the process we also constructed a legal ground floor self contained suite with eight foot ceiling heights throughout. The main floor kitchen and great rooms were completely renovated and all doors and windows were replaced. Additionally, the mechanical system was replaced including electrical, plumbing, gas and a fireplace. Outside the home received brand new hardscaping, a sundeck, new staircases and stone cladding.
