• A mantlepiece imported from England was fitted as a gas fireplace for the property
• Antique vanities were incorporated into the master bedroom renovation
• New wood floors were added to match existing wood floors
• Custom built arches were installed inside and out to amplify sunroom space

The property has a large, exposed exterior on a sloped lot and has undergone extensive landscaping and hardscaping that includes: a cobblestone driveway; limestone patios, stairs and columns; imported re-cast concrete balustrades for terraced steps; rockwall repairs and additions; a new fountain; wrought iron fencing and greenhouse imported by the owner from China.
