Our client was faced with exterior living spaces that needed remediation and a design solution that would elevate the exterior of the home to the same caliber as the rest of the home. We began by fixing any areas that needed remediation so that we had a clean slate to build from.

Design

The design for this property would make the difference between good and great. We wanted exceptional. The creation of multiple seating areas in combination with a stunning outdoor kitchen and fireplace as the anchor design elements drove the process for us. In combination with the use of natural substrates and tasteful exterior lighting design the outdoor living areas came to life.
