Flintstones first worked on the home to restore a fireplace and has since contributed to the property’s ongoing restoration with emphasis on high-quality masonry and millwork.
The property has a large, exposed exterior on a sloped lot and has undergone extensive landscaping and hardscaping that includes: a cobblestone driveway; limestone patios, stairs and columns; imported re-cast concrete balustrades for terraced steps; rockwall repairs and additions; a new fountain; wrought iron fencing and greenhouse imported by the owner from China.
