Rezoning This Heritage Home Leaves A Lasting Legacy
This 1903 heritage property was rezoned as a triplex, structurally updated and renovated to meet the property’s heritage home designation with an interior design customized to the era. The full scope of this extensive upgrade doubles the life of an iconic property and allows the owners to live in a fully functioning, updated home that suits their changing needs while maintaining the beloved character of the building itself.
Structural repairs met engineer and municipal requirements, with upgrades including perimeter drainage, plumbing and electrical. Firewall separations between suites meet the building code while the full renovation maintains the home’s character through a combination of new design and restoration.
